Connector description:

V-Pin connectors usually use BP04260-1/2 HFBR-4521Z.

V -Pin optical fiber connectors are suitable for HCS200/ 230 μ m and 400 / 430 μ m optical fibers. It is fully compatible with Avago's 650nm and 850nm universal optical link transmitters and receivers. It can be assembled by a very simple crimping method without curing in the oven, saving time-consuming polishing steps. In line with RoHS non-epoxy resin, fast, convenient and reliable to use.



Optical cable description:

HCS200/ 230 μ m and HCS400/ 430 μ m optical fibers are suitable for application in various industrial environments because of their better optical coupling and more convenient connection performance, and their optical cable design is especially suitable for high tension installation environment.

HCS 200 / 230 μ m optical fiber can be connected with VersaLink (V-PIN) connector in a very short time, which is well compatible with ABB and other communication equipment.


Optical cable structure:

Hard plastic clad quartz fiber (PCF), is used as stress release aramid yarn, economical PVC or low smoke halogen free flame retardant LSZHPE, color: orange, blue, black, water blue, filling rope, reinforcement core; aramid yarn, waterproof belt, PE or low smoke halogen free flame retardant LSZHPE.
